Junk/spam email filters & your order status

Just a reminder to our customers who believe they haven't received their orders, that you may need to check your junk/spam email folders in case our email has been filtered into there. Updates on orders can be found in the "Where's my order?" page, using the link on our home page, to the right.

We will always reply to emails, so please remember that you may not be seeing our replies even though we are trying to communicate with you. If possible, we even try to send instagram messages if emails don't appear to get through.
